A Family Story, Built One Apartment at a Time.
Alpetri Apartments officially opened in 2011, but our story started long before that. The name Alpetri comes from my parents’ names, Alina and Peter. It is a blend of the two and a reminder that family has always been at the centre of everything we do.
My parents spent many years working in construction and renovations, slowly transforming this building into what Alpetri is today. They did not start with eight apartments. They started with one. Then another. Then another. Every apartment was renovated and added step by step, with care, patience, and attention to detail.
After spending more than twenty years living in Canada, I returned home and took over the family business. Today, I continue building on my parents’ vision while bringing my own ideas and a fresh perspective to Alpetri. We are constantly improving our apartments, introducing new design concepts, and creating spaces that feel comfortable, thoughtful, and genuinely welcoming.
Alpetri is still family owned. It is still growing. And every apartment tells a piece of our family’s story.

Meet the Family Behind Alpetri
After spending more than twenty years living in Canada, I returned home and took over the family business my parents built one apartment at a time. Today, together with my husband Denis and our children, we continue growing Alpetri while staying true to what it has always been at its heart: a family-run place built on hard work, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality.
Every apartment has its own personality because we are constantly improving, renovating, and adding thoughtful touches that make each stay feel warm and comfortable. We still walk through the apartments ourselves, notice the little things, and care deeply about the experience our guests have.
For us, Alpetri is more than a business. It is a family legacy that began with my parents and now continues with our own little family.
